About: 45 year old vines growing on limestone and marl. Loads of texture, bright and floral. The grapes are hand harvested and spend 9 months on skins, fermented in Amphorae and Quevri. Grapes are then direct pressed using an 80 year old basket press, bottled unfined and unfiltered with no sulphur.
