About: Chenin Blanc, hand-harvested, destemmed, fermented on skins for 11 days in open top tanks before being pressed off to old oak. A well balanced orange wine, lovely citrus and exotic fruits with ginger flavours and a light peppery finish. Drink as an accompaniment to lightly spiced dishes or as an aperitif.
