About: From a parcel planted on clay, limestone and sandstone in Mutzig. The grapes were harvested and directly pressed before being bottled before the end of the ferment as a pet’ nat’. Disgorged after 6 months on the lees. A wonderful aperitif that draws on the driving acidity and freshness that is typical of Riesling from this area.
