About: Benoit Camus literally lives in a caravan amongst his vines, it doesn't get much more natty than that. This is gamay from a number of plots across Southern Beaujolais, some vines up to 60 years old. The grapes spend two weeks as whole bunches in concrete before pressing and put back into concrete and cuve for a short elevage. Dark cherry flavours and a distinct minerality, perfect for the after dinner cheese board.
