About: The Pradarolo estate is located in the Parma hills, at an altitude of between 250 and 500 metres above sea level. This is 100% malvasia which sees an extended maceration of 210 days on skins and then 16months of ageing in old french oak. This a strong and pronounced wine, plenty of floral character and a lovely tannin.
