About: A volcanic white with G-force flavours. From six different parcels on the north face of Mt. Etna, it spectacularly shows off its terroir, packing a punch with mineral and citrus notes. Fermentation is spontaneous in concrete tank with 5 days on skins. The wine then spends 8 months in a mixture of concrete tank and large, old oak botti.
