About: Coda di Volpe and Greco from vineyards in Montemarano, along with some Falanghina from Benevento. The grapes were fermented on the skins for four days, before being pressed off to large chestnut casks for a year of rest. An easygoing, vibrant amber wine that is perhaps the ultimate wine for the table.
