About: Sven Enderle and Florian Moll farm a 2.5 hectare estate on the edge of the Black Forest in Baden, Southern Germany. Tiny operation, amazing wines and a cult status. This wine is a 60-40 blend of Pinot Blanc and Gris, spending 3-4 weeks on the skins before elevage in large format barrels for 10 months on the lees. Limited amounts so cop this one.
