About: 100% Syrah from 15 year old vines located Estagel, in the hills of the Pyrenees. Hand-harvested grapes are carbonically macerated in stainless steel for 8 days then fermented before being transferred to neutral oak for 7 months. Unfiled, unfiltered and with a slight SO2 addition. The name says it all- 100% juice.
