We opened our first spot in Highbury, and from day one, it worked! People loved our laid-back service and attention to detail. Then the pandemic hit, and instead of throwing in the towel, we stayed positive. 

What started with a few local bike bike deliveries, turned our restaurant into a retail monster! Soon people from all over London were dropping by and we were shipping 1,00s of bottles across the UK weekly. Making us one of the highest growth brand on Shopify in 2020 🤯!

Looking ahead, we’ve got one mission: break down the barriers to make wine for everyone. Whether it’s helping our customers find wines they love or helping our team grow, we’re here for it—all while building a business that lasts.

Top Cuvée started after more than a decade in fine dining. During that time, I saw a level of dedication to quality and creating amazing experiences. But there was a problem: fine dining felt exclusive. A lot of our guests didn’t feel comfortable, and I found myself spending most of my time trying to help people relax.

That got me thinking about the wine industry. Leather-bound wine lists and stuffy sommeliers correcting your pronunciation weren’t making anyone feel welcome. Even the natural wine scene, hailed as the antidote, had the same elitist air once your scratched the surface.

Post-pandemic, we kept growing. We built our own killer portfolio—from our beloved house range to exciting, independent wineries we call ‘Extended Family’ and ‘Best Friends.’ These wines keep things fresh, and there’s always something new to enjoy.

Now, we’re not just serving our London neighbors; we’re working with retailers, bars, and restaurants across the UK. Our mix of industry experience and e-commerce know-how makes us a proud partner for many businesses looking to succeed in the modern wine world.

We’re also super proud of our community events, like our annual Easter Egg Hunt that’s seen over 10,000 people take part, and the Tour de Cuvée, a bike ride from London to Brighton that’s just as inclusive as our approach to wine.
