About: Hauswein Pricklend, or "Sparkling House Wine" is a labour of love between Kollektiv Peternell and Top Cuvée. In April 2023, the Cuvée team flew out to visit the boys at their winery in Austria. In a whirlwind of a weekend, we got stuck into the production line, assisting with the bottling of their latest vintages and in the downtime spent hours blending juices meticulously with the aim of creating our very own delicious Sparkling Hauswein. It was no easy feat, but by God we did it! The final blend of juices is 65% Pinot Gris, 25% Pinot Blanc and 10% Moscato Giallo in maceration. Disgorged in late spring 2023. It's a true banger - don't just take our word for it, you deserve a pricklend treat afterall!
