About: Cuvée "Because"! Beautifully eye-catching in it's peony pink glory, we feel this rosé will be a very firm fave of ours in absolutely no time. Fresh raspberries on the nose, florals and minerals in the mouth. Elegant & refreshing with the freshest finish. All grapes de-stemmed and spontaneously fermented and spends 5 months in concrete. A very small dose of suplhur added at bottling.
Located in the plain of Roussillon, Domaine Arquiris covers 5 hectares, just a stone's throw away from the sea and at the foot of the Canigou mountain. Since 2003, Myriam and Idéal have invested in practices that respect the environment. Certified organic since the beginning of their work in the vineyard, their knowledge and know-how have deepened thanks to the work with other winemakers and through trials and research on their fields. With the decision to produce their first independent cuvées 2021, Myriam and Idéal have been joined by their daughter Zoé and her partner Ferdin who decided to quit the bureaucratic jungle of the European Commission to support the work in the vine.
