About:  Translating to "the forgotten granny"; this bottle tells the story of the day winemakers Simon and Micheala mistakenly left granny at the vineyard, next to the plot of Alicante!

The grapes were harvested manually, then whole grapes are then placed in the tank. No extraction, no additions, no filtration, just slightly under ripe Alicante with nice acidity to carry through the rich flavours of blackberries and plum.
