About: The grapes were harvested manually, the whole grapes are then placed in the tank. No extraction, no product, no filtration, just slightly underripe Alicante in order to have a nice acidity.
Simon and Micheala are a couple of legends working 3ha since 2020 and have just signed to take on another 2 next year. 5 hectares will be the absolute maximum they can manage as everything they do is by hand or with their horse. But they couldn't say no to 80 year old Carignan and Grenache!
