Our brand new House White is an elegant and refined banger with delicate notes of white nectarine and quince. Its round and ample freshness, with a hint of dill and lemon zest, makes for a stunning pairing with mild curries, green salads, and fish. The coastal terroir and sea breeze from Sète come through nicely in the 25 to 50 year old vines producing a smashable bottle begging to be shared with friends!
