About: Young vine Malbec and Merlot in a 50/50 blend. The technique used is called Saignee, where a portion of juice from crushed grapes is bled off and fermented separately. This results in a fresh, mineral and juicy style of wine with no tannins and a pale colour. 3 months aging on fine lees in stainless steel tank.
