About: Moutons In Black. Blanc de noirs from 100% Grenache Noir. Vines age between 10 and 20 years old and growing on sandy limestone soils. The grapes are fully destemmed and the wine goes through full malolactic fermentation before 9 months on fine lees in stainless steel tank.
