About: The clayey hillsides with limestone rock give this beautiful Syrah a certain lightness, with two weeks of maceration giving this vintage a very expressive nose marked by raspberry and licorice. Unlike the 2020 vintage there is no residual gas during tasting, so you can serve this without decanting. The soil between the vines is worked as little as possible to preserve life on the plot during hot summer days, right before the ripe grapes are hand picked. A balanced roundness with marked tannins comes out on the palate.

Serve with a platter of charcuterie, a Sunday roast, a hearty mushroom risotto or smoked, meaty fish.
