About: A one-off experimental cuvée of Meryl's. This wine preempts a new parcel of Grenache he's planted in recent years. At only four years old the vines are too young to make a red wine with so they decided to create a zesty & fresh Blanc De Noir' by direct-pressing the grapes to make a white wine with just the faintest touch of pink.
