About: Ugo Lestelle is a young winemaker based in the Saint-Chinian appellation area of the Occitanie region in southern France. He works organically, plows with a horse, and does not adulterate his wines except occasionally a micro-touch of sulphite at the bottling stage.
Cuvée Point was made with gentle winemaking techniques, carbonic maceration and a careful attention not to over extract, resulting in a perfectly balanced & super delicious wine.
