Based on the recipe of Unbarred's original beer Benchmark featuring our favourite US hops Simcoe & Amarillo. Considerable amounts of oats added in the malt bill then fermented with house yeast strain to create a"Expect a vibrant & light bouquet of citrus and tropical fruits with pineapple leading the way followed by a soft and gentle bitterness.
