Made from Chardonnay, this champagne has benefited from 4 to 5 years of cellar ageing.

White flowers, almond, and green tea on the nose. On the palate, it reveals a frank and silky attack supported by a magnificent length on the minerality.

Pair this Champagne with scallop carpaccio, grilled seafood, or parmesan cheese.
